  1. This is NOT a win. It is a major loss because majority of the money will go to Universal whatever they call themselves.

    But due to the fact that u all down there do not co operate with one another and the system is disorganized, the peach people will win as they always do.

  2. Thats the end of Afro beats bro. They knew why they went for the biggest label in Africa… so the artists will have no choice now but do as they want

  3. Don Jazzy should not let them have total control or they will kill Afrobeats like they killed rap, hip hop. Oyibos are very cunny people, be careful when dealing with them. Our artistes shoukd shine their eyes when signing deals with them to preserve our great genre;

  4. Oga Braimah it nice as Borna boy is making it all round but he seems a bit selfish about it ,not bringing or inviting other Nigeria artists or up and coming artists to join him…

  5. No doubt burna is a very big artist. Well now that jazzy sold majority of Mavin's stake, I hope they don't have other motives because just like u said , this white guys can be pretty cunning , hope they don't drag our afrobeat artists into doing demonic stuffs and at the end of the day since they now possess the highest stake, jazzy will have less he can do . Someone like olamide will probably not accept such deal. I'm not saying it's not a good deal but I think in future there is probably more to this deal
