  2. I’ve never never seen a woman get ‘bulky’ training upper body properly unless they were literally on steroids. Sure, you can train however you want but it becomes a problem when you’re an ‘influencer’ perpetuating an archaic belief that women shouldn’t lift heavy or they’ll start looking manly. That’s exactly the stereotype y’all ‘pilates only for upper body’ perpetuate. Keep your opinions to yourself if they can harm others’ fitness journey. Otherwise, I’m not sure what y’all are trying to ‘influence’ besides low self esteem.

  4. Imma be honest, due to the fact that I’m very symmetrical on the top and bottom. When I train upper body TOO hard, I indeed get bulky looking. And to each their own, if you like it? I LOVE IT 🫶🏾 BUT I like to be slightly bigger on the bottom than the top. So I still train upper body, just lower weights & higher reps.

  6. Lori harvey definitely got a skinny bbl, comparison is the theft of joy but i will say my body was the most tone and lifted when i did sculpt yoga and pilates with little lifting 4x a week. Eating is of course the most important part of this factor, always remember your body structure will not change but your body fat % will.

  7. I get so overwhelmed with what I am supposed to do to get rid of my flabby arms, haha. I used to just do cardio in the gym, but have slowly incorporated some arm machines. I’ll do one or two arm machines when I have my stairmasters days. I am very weak. 😂 But hey, I have noticed that my biceps are showing more. I think it’s just hard with the triceps.🙄 I also got to 193.8 lbs before my vacation in March and now I’m back around 200lbs and I cannot get this damn weight off! I will say, I’m liking my legs a little bit better. I can see the muscles without even trying very hard. Also, I do try a new arm machine if I go during a quieter time, so that once I get used to those ones, I can comfortably go to them during busy times.

  9. I definitely thought Lori Harvey was a taller girly. I’m 5’11 and right now Meg is my inspiration for how I want to train. Strong legs, toned arms, and stamina !!

  10. The negative, sly, nasty, petty unnecessary comments about bodybuilders, cals athletes, swimmers, and whoever else are coming from mfs who don't truly value their own health or mental health. If they can be this bitchy about how a whole other adult look then it's obviously insecurities, jealously, envy and bitterness being projected. Half of these dummies come from overweight mamas, grandma's and they all grow horns if one person does the right thing. You can't elevate with everyone. These chicks need tough reality checks. You can look how you want but the majority WON'T 😂

  11. Nope, lifting weights didn't make me look bulky (at least by my standards). In fact, girls who aim to lose weight ask me how and how long it took me to achieve my form.
    I'll tell you what made me look bulky though. Eating A TOON OF SHIT FOOD 😀
