  1. I'm Ugandan. Passionate about aviation and community. All my life, I have volunteered with local humanitarian NGOs. In 2016, I went to Nairobi to study my Flight Operations course. A schoolmate introduced me to this organization where I would go on weekends and join the rest to cook and serve food and clothing to street people. That is where I met Mike. Very friendly and easy-going. Later on, I joined the same flight school Mike was at, but I was in the Flight Operations class. I look at the photos we took in these activities in Huruma and I tear. I left Nairobi before completing my Flight Operations training due to financial constraints. It's inspiring to see this story aired on BBC.

  2. I'm Ugandan. I met Mike when I went to study my Flight Operations Officer course in Nairobi. I have always been passionate about aviation and community. All my life, I have volunteered with local humanitarian NGOs in Uganda. In Nairobi, I volunteered with the organization Mike was working with. I would go to that very Youth Centre in Huruma on Saturdays and we would cook and serve food and clothing to the street people. Up to to day, I look through my photos from those days and tear. I left Nairobi before finishing my license training due to financial constraints. Mike was an easy-going chap. Very friendly.

  6. Well look at Jesus! Michael had faith in God that his life would change, by being obedient to the house rules and by taking his education seriously, despite what he and his family was going through. Now, look at his rewards! Blessings Up to Micheal and May God bring Micheal's mother's vision of a wonderful life, into her spirit and cover her, while she is still out there! Praying for Micheal's siblings as well!
