Did you know Senegal continue to pay colonial tax to France since their independence in 1960 till today. Senegal can start by demanding that France pay that money back with interest. That could help to reduce their debt.
This is so sad. I am crying to learn that Africa has never been free. When you do not control your resources, you are not truly an independent States. It is like some one holding my dad and my mom hostage.

Oh my goodness , all decisions must be taken immediacy because all the abuses they are proacting in Africa cannot be done in Europe. Europe has a protection fishing zone that is protecting over fishing and the alternative is to bring Africa's recourses to its knees. Africans need to get reed of all bad leaders on the continent, who is going to compensate the families for death at sea of their love ones? what is the objective of the African union? the African union is silent on most current issues that is affecting the continent, Africa has to take its rightful place on the world stage and stop being the laughing stock continent. The young and the next generation must be treated better, because they are not stupid and the will every right to be in your face demanding accountability.

Review and reform urgently for Senegalese to own and control 70% to 80% of their resources of fisheries and energy. This would increase education, employment and development and reduce excessive emigration. Security and accountability would increase too. Cheers
