Jonathan, have you experienced an increase of craving during a cut? I have been doing good losing some weight in the past two months, but for this recent week, all of sudden I cannot stop thinking about some food like French fries and pizza. I had damaged my metabolism before so Iโm very careful about this, it got me worried.
I found this, and i would wonder why I'm not losing weight. I've found that meal prep works wonders for me. It stops me deviating from a plan and i know exactly how many calories I'm consuming.
In the end of a cut i am 10/10 24/7 ๐
