Why do people who have never been to Europe still call themselves Scottish, Irish or Italian Americans for example? Why do you all use the term "Asian Americans" for people from China etc., who have never been to Asia. Well it's the same reason why we have the term "African American". WHITE is not an origin nor is it a culture. YELLOW is not an origin nor is it a culture. Therefore, BLACK IS DEFINITELY NOT AN ORIGIN. BLACK IS NOT A CULTURE either. Is that clear???
Africans don’t even call they self African! They identify with their country, like kenyan or nigerian.
