  1. The worst cracking can happen in terrazzo is when a new building that settled. “If the building moves,” “epoxy doesn't hold it together.” Cracks in terrazzo can occur

  2. 😂😂😂 a professional would advise against the swimming pool next to the house, especially in a swampy area, with proper rain it would flood the front section of the compound.

The pool is a great idea. Should be about 30/60 meters from the house. Excess water directed to the river or a collection plate. Fenced and far from trees. The roots usually break the walls.

  3. What I come to understand, is that most of people who hate Marwa are African of diaspora who are suffering and they can't be successful as a village boy Marwa. Us African of diaspora that are successful appreciate Marwa. go figure.

  4. No electricity, No proper kitchen with appliances, No furniture, No clothes closets, No Car, having to pay for a new roof but is lucky to have a professional fixing the previous roof screw up. All these things, but but what is "the boss" obsessed with? A dumb Helipad? What a disaster waiting to happen! Just look at the previous plumbing disaster and look at the state of the Stinky green Fish Pond..

  5. Surely why do you feel the need to film another man's home, you only have a contract of rooftop. Please be respectful since now the home has a wife. Recording the entire compound without the owner around was selfish 😏😏

  6. I am a big fan of you, I see anything that you set up to do comes out beautiful, the terrazzo work looks so durable,I can imagine it’s completion, please remind I’m Marwa the toilet pits he dug on his forest land to close them so no one falls in it.Good job and thanks for showing us the state of the villa.
