  2. No one will respect you If you can’t feed and take care of your people. These government needs to be more responsible instead of looking for handouts.

  3. Putin is a smart man. He knows what he is doing. Trust and believe he is getting favor out of this, but this is how it is done. He is looking more at mutual benefit than anyone else. No shade on him because both parties must win in the end. I really want Africa to take a hold of that. I do hope Guinea-Bissau's leadership does right by that debt forgiveness and does what it says it will do.

  4. I'm a African American that carries the blood of Guinea-Bissau and Cameroon Africa and I'm happy my ancestors country is getting a chance to do better for the citizens… 💪🏽🤴🏽👍🏽✊🏽

  5. I rather Africans work with the Russians than the wicked west people act as if Africa should build everything for themselves when even the Caucasians couldn’t build their world for themselves they needed BLACK slaves to help them 🤦🏿‍♂️

  6. Russia is always forgiving African debts. It is clear that Russia is the just partner for Africa for development not the so-called west that exploited and continues to exploit Africa.

  7. It look like the Atlantic slave trade is about to go around and to the beginning of the slave trade. And, reparations is on its way out the doors of the world's economics.

  8. I am from Guinea-Bissau and I can guarantee that this loan never been used to improve the current situation of the country. Guess what happened with this $20 plus millions!
