What a crappy analysis !
The man was acquitted.
Oj,was a killer,he will spend some time in hell, along time!!
O.J. went from great to horrible. Now he will burn in hell.
if i did not know any better i would believe that this was an arranged fight/confrontation that did not end well for all concerned – the police knew this and the law has a different perspective if this is indeed the case
mr gold man was about half of mr simpson's age and mr simpson's body was was worn down by many years of NFL battles on the playing field, plus he had arthritis and joint problems. mr goldman's mistake was that he under estimated mr simpson's physical deterioration, juxtaposed to his age and physical skills as he was skilled in karate – but mr simpson was an exception even in the physical mayhem of the NFL -pain is the currency. my point is know what the hell you are doing before you get into something that your ass cannot cash.
all of this before the NFL acknowledgement of CTE – chronic traumatic encephologic(?) – now is the time to see if the simpson family is agreeable to having his brain or specimens made available for research – i hope that they do – people need to be aware that professional athletes behave differently when challenged as a direct result of years and years of training instilled in them – some of them can turn it off but others immediately go into this mental mode of winning at all cost – it is real; know what you are dealing with before you take your silly ass out there unprepared for winner take all mentality – no holds barred.
this guy is a racist apologist and lack clarity of thought and the reasoning, critical skills to decipher the legal standards and the expert performance of the legal team – they were the reason that simpson was acquitted – to belittle the intelligence of the black jurors is indicative of the underlying racist current that the jurors immediately recognized. the decision to use furman and the glove fiasco – is all you need to know. never ever bring karate to a knife fight – murder me 101.
there is nothing complicated about his legacy – he was a human being that lived and died. the complication arises out of being black in america; gaining privilege;losing that privilege under a horrendous set of circumstances, and then having his downfall exploited in a show trial, that encompassed everything wrong with America – listen to this racist explain his racist racionale for the juries decision – not the fact that his legal clearly outclassed the prosecution. the jury arrived at the right decision – case closed; based entirely on the evidence and the perjury testimony of furman.
