It's similar to the okra stew we cook in Nigeria. Wouldn't dream of using frozen okra though and definitely not quite so much scotch bonnet. For the amount you cooked, one, finely diced, would be spicy enough and we would mix in chopped spinach or ugwu leaves to add colour. Definitely.. definitely eat it with pounded yam or garri! I'm sure it would be just as nice with rice though!
