  1. Key takeaways:
    1. Invest in a place where the return is higher than the rate of inflation
    2. Money is valuable to you when it is working for you
    3. Living below your means now increases your means for the future
    4. Being broke after impressing is different with being broke after investing
    5. The goal is not to look wealthy but to be wealthy

    Nuggets of wisdom 🙌

  2. I have come here to watch this episode, courtesy of my best financial literacy coach and pal, CuttieKijo. Half-way in, and am already blown away! From Waceke Nduati's "Making Cents- Real conversations about personal finance" and now this, all in the space of 10 days, am asking myself how did I just fluke by life? After more than 20 years in P & P employment, for the first time someone is making "financial freedom" look realistic and not a utopian ideal. Did someone say she's only 29, but she speaks with the wisdom of the ancient sages. I'll echo what one of the commenters said, it's like attending an Ivy League classroom, but without paying those stratospheric school fees!

  3. Having multiple streams of income is a game-changer for financial stability. Relying solely on a job may not provide enough financial security due to high rates of tax It is important to explore additional investment opportunities to surpass one's expectations. May you find success as you read

  4. What a financially exciting and empowering episode! I'm so glad God lead me here. Thank you so much ladies and yes, Susan is a great teacher….let me search for her you tube channel. Well done👏👏👏👏

  5. I appreciate you Lynn, wow this is the conversation on time,i needed Susan just like yesterday. Guys what we're lacking is financial literacy. Kudo Susan. 🎉🎉🎉.I believe in investing.

  6. Chamas are economically viable.
They have enabled people to afford what they would otherwise not have been able to afford as individuals. So is merry go rounds, it's like getting a loan without interest. That's not a social benefit.

  7. I have a question about the infrastructure bond. Let's say I take one for 10 years. If a new government is elected, does that affect the terms of the bond and the interest received?
