  1. Bama and all of their highly educated, well compensated ๐Ÿˆ superstars.
Saban is not the โ€œGreatest NCAA ๐Ÿˆ coach of all timeโ€ as MSM constantly force feeds, but rather the fortunate figurehead of a very successful empire. An empire that remains in good standing with the NCAA. As long as those ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ$Millions$ continue pumping in annually. ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ’ค
The proof of my opinion will be displayed in the coming seasons when Bama remains just as they have been. An annual top 5 program. A decade from now numbskulls will be labeling Sabans successor as โ€œThe second greatest NCAA ๐Ÿˆ coach of all timeโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚
The world gets less fun as you grow older and begin to figure things out.

  2. Alabama Football. I'm sorry it won't be the same. I said the same thing about Bear Bryant and it took years before Alabama was good again. Now it's here again. I believe it will take a year or two before BAMA is back. Nick Saban was so great he spoiled me yes he did. Should have won 10 national championships but got 6 in 17 years. Greatness

  3. I wish I could look like him at 72! He doesn't look like a 70+ yr old & could probably still keep coaching if he wanted to do it. I'm glad he finally decided to hang it up so maybe my Buckeyes can have a chance now but I'm glad I got to see him coach & appreciate his accomplishments.

  4. Wow! I was a young man when Coach Bryant stepped down! I was a 54 year old man when Coach Saban stepped down! Thank you Coach and Mrs Terry for your continued giving back to this community! We love yall so much, and we'll always call yall the first family of The Bama Nation โค

  5. He's been open about his disagreement with NIL and transfer portal and I have no doubt those two things have totally ruined his love for coaching. It's really sad the direction college sports and mainly college football have gone in. It was so much better to watch 10+ years ago. It used to mean something on much deeper level. It was pure, where egos and money weren't the focal point of every decision that was being made. Respect to saban for his career and glad he's getting out of this mess

  6. When every college coach in all sports at every college can do 1/3 of what this man's done for sports ?โ€“ then..an only then you will truly be able to say your on the right path to doin what's right by the players..the university an to yourselfโ€ฆ.

  7. A coach so good, he made the other teams better. ๐Ÿ˜‚ You canโ€™t say that about 99% of the coaches out there. Like Reece said at the end, the greatness rubs off.

Best of luck in the next chapter, Coach.

  8. Classy man with nothing else to prove. He taught everyone there is a process that must be followed to be the best. He deserves to relax and enjoy life. We will miss the goat definitely but he deserves to step down without ridicule if he wants. He changed so many lives and did everything to bring Bama back on top. A lot of Bama fans are spoiled because no other team I can remember has been on top for sixteen Stright years. He will always be remembered as Alabamas head coach. Thank you coach for all you did for the Alabama football program. You will definitely be missed. It was always an honor when people would kinda tease us fans when we had a season of 12-2 and didnโ€™t win the natty, but we would all poke out our chest and proudly say, โ€œYeah but we have Saranโ€ lol. Enjoy your retirement and God bless you and Miss Terry.

  9. As a lsu fan he help put LSU back on the national stage back in 2000, getting us a national title in 03 and despite going to bama and building a dynasty and being a boogieman for us LSU fan I will cherish what he has done for the sport and his way to prepare his players for either the NFL or a better chance in real life. We will miss you coach Saban
