Going off-topic, I've had a crush on Erika since living single, and she's a fellow Scorpio. On top of that, can we recognize that her voice should be up there with Morgan Freeman as one of the most soothing voices of all time? As she speaks it is like listening to an A.S.M.R.

No matter how good or talented you are as a Black artist in Hollywood, once you reach the top of the ladder with an Oscar, that becomes the kiss of death because they are NOT going to pay you beyond a certain level. You will fall off the ladder at that point. Ask Louis Gossett Jr, Cuba Gooding Jr, and others. Winning the Oscar is the ceiling. Whether you like it or not.
