  1. Now see.. here I go..
Ms. Jasmine Guy, basically echoed the very sentiments that Ms. Erika spoke about.
WHY.. were folks coming for Ms. Guy in the comments?? These women, BOTH endured a LOHHHT of BS, in their Industry and are basically showing us, that shit ain't changed!

  2. What a beautiful, talented and intellectual human being. Thank you Erika Alexander for this interview. You are speaking on behalf of so many of us. We see you! Thanks to those that have seen you as a woman and not just a dark skinned, nappy headed “hammer”. You are EVERYTHING and your empowering voice and words touched my soul. Thank you again for voice and contributions.

  3. Going off-topic, I've had a crush on Erika since living single, and she's a fellow Scorpio. On top of that, can we recognize that her voice should be up there with Morgan Freeman as one of the most soothing voices of all time? As she speaks it is like listening to an A.S.M.R.

  4. If Grace had a face it would be Erika! We need more like her. Conscious and Evolved. Everything about this interview was so powerful. She would be a wonderful senator. Heck Erika for President!

  5. I love, " I vote for the village " as only 20% of my city voted this week in the primaries, and the majority of voters were not Black and Brown communities

  6. No need to say “THEY” we know exactly who these people are. They’re the people who in this era, call themselves “Zionist Jews”.

  7. I know people have been taught to get paid you worth but remember there's someone who will take less than you are worth especially as an African American with a family and wants to maintain a luxurious lifestyle I believe will not want to miss that opportunity to get that bag. Shout-out to a fellow water sign, Erika Alexander. ❤ And P.S. African Americans are "Great Consumers". We may buy what we don't need just to buy because we can and to appease the fact that we have come along way.

  8. Powerful Interview, Ms. Alexander got me motivated to keep viewing and carrying myself as one of the protectors and warriors of our community. Thank you 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

  9. Every other nationality benefits from out destruction, it's a disguise when certain aspects of the African American professionals are shown or televised to create narratives of certain fields we should embrace over others, to keep us from what we originally started and deployed throughout the world has been stripped from our hands as part of the human race, Science, Engineering, Leaders of the known world for over 20 thousand years… the Greek or Roman Empires would have never existed without our existence… God himself spoke these words… And the sons of Ham began to be mighty upon the earth! No other descriptions were made about the other progenitors of Noah, or any other persons- Period!

  10. Quiet Riot… that's what's going on against our community. After the first Black Panther movie and movies that have done extremely well in the African American communities, fear of a Beautiful Black Planet… Again, this will send stabbing pain from icicles being naturally formed by naturalize association of Thyself. We are the most imitated, and the most discriminated against, open your eyes people we are Humanities beginning, the world lives off of our innovative resources that have rejected the word no, and strive, persevere and progress against systems of formalized and pernicious Plights…. we got this brothers and Sistaz

  11. No matter how good or talented you are as a Black artist in Hollywood, once you reach the top of the ladder with an Oscar, that becomes the kiss of death because they are NOT going to pay you beyond a certain level. You will fall off the ladder at that point. Ask Louis Gossett Jr, Cuba Gooding Jr, and others. Winning the Oscar is the ceiling. Whether you like it or not.
