After dropping in to Cape Town around midnight we got up nice and early to beat the heat and check out Jonkershoek Nature Preserve in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Holy moly what a ride. This video is just the FIRST of several amazing trails, stay tuned for the rest!

Brian, I live in Cape Town and have been mountain biking for about 8 years. For no good reason I have never ridden in Jonkershoek till this past weekend. Was great to finally ride the trails I watched you ride 5 years ago! This is probably the most spectacular MTB scenery in the Cape (which is no easy feat!) . Even I was blown away.

Where is the trail head for this? I'm going to SA in Feb and see that you can hire bikes from "Ride In" cafe so definitely wanna do this!
Am interested in learning how to ride a bike at age 29 😫 hahaha that was so scary, exciting and beautiful at the same time, I'm not sure if I'll ever be that confident when I learn but that was waw😍
