  1. That is stupid, in Swaziland for an extradition to commence
    The Inquiry act in place of a fully fledged Trial is used. It’s lengthy
    And the State as the applicant presents a prema fake case to make it vivid to the presiding officer that the accused have a case to answer to
    And finally the Inquiry act allows the accused to make a bail application while the inquiry is ongoing.
    But Jnr Council Gwenya and his Instructing senior attorney are planning to oppose the extradition application and I am afraid they are going to lose that bid.
