  1. I automatically liked this video because I specifically was searching "low calorie deficit diet black women" in the search bar and found EXACTLY what I was looking for lol 🙂 First off, I love that I can relate to you just being a black woman alone but also being damn near 253 lbs (and understanding the struggle and hardships), having a similar body frame, and having a-lot physical changes within a weight-loss journey! SUBBBBBBBEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDD :))))))))))))

  2. 190 was my current weight until late 2019 I started gaining weight now I'm 236 at 5/6 tall I regret getting myself so big idk how to calorie count I'm so ashamed of myself

  3. It still surprises me, how lots of people do not know about vanguard formulas, although lots of people get good result with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about it, I have lost a lot of weight with it without starving myself.

  4. I just started counting my calories with Lose it app. I started 5 days ago and lost 5 pounds. Was at 218 and am at 213 . I feel a lot better! I’m 5’6 and am supposed to be at 145 . Still need a lot more to go but thanks for the inspiration

  5. Thank you for the inspiration and information. I downloaded the app and it is amazing. I also keep track of my workouts through my Apple Watch team iPhone lol. I am starting my journey but I will prevail. Thanks again beautiful

  6. I love tracking my food! I don't do it all the time anymore, but when I first started my journey I did. It really helps you be mindful about what you are eating. I feel like I have gotten a good grasp on estimating what I eat, but if I end up off track for too long I'll go back to tracking calories to help get myself back to my routine lol.

Thanks for sharing girl, keep up the awesome work!

  7. Tracking food is so good for maintaining weight. I like to track my macros, I do it once a week and as long as I'm eating the same foods I'm good for the week. If I change it up, I just adjust. Any kind of tracking will give amazing results. It really puts everything into perspective. it helped me realize I was eating way more than I thought I was. I'm not a breakfast person either. I go through periods where I'll eat breakfast for a week straight and then won't eat it again for months lol.

  8. Baby your thumbnail touched me in a way that u cannot imagine. I have tried dieting so many times and gave up. And i feel like mentally i battle with myself because when i look in the mirror i dont see what i see on the scale. I dont look like i weigh what i weigh. I want to be comfortable with my body with the weightloss, but i also want to be healthy. How can i find a balance between the 2 do u have any advice?

  9. I love your videos, Jerrika! Thank you for these! I have 3 kids 5,4 and 9 months all born via csection and considered big babies and I’m currently trying to get my body back as well. I love being able to see someone I can relate to! Thank you for sharing your journey! ❤️
