  1. Thank you so much for these videos. I found your video during the "Black History Month" youtube page and I did day 1 Body, Mind, & Soul yesterday because I like yoga and wanted to support Black creators! I felt really good after it! Today I was feeling 'blah' and remembered that I feel better with exercise and "Oh yeah! I was doing those yoga videos!" I felt so good with the last one I came back to your video rather than jumping to another random yogi and am so glad I did! This video + the breathing exercise video that accompanies this one was just what I needed to regain my relaxed mind and a feeling of "You did it, girl! Day 2 down!" I love your calming voice and I even the fact that you have a note sheet and give your head the scratches it deserves during practice just as a way to show you and your videos don't need to be "Perfect", know what I mean? Like, I feel like I'm watching an authentic person who just wants to help share her passion of yoga with everyone. So thank you. <3 I look forward to doing more videos and growing from a beginner yogi with you and your content!

  3. Thank you Nico! loved the Ujjayi breath!!! Never used it in combination with my yoga practice like that before but what a great tool! it significantly changed the practice for me, helping me calm an anxious mind and stay present and calm throughout! <3

    I am not allowed to do exercises a lot since i was on a surgery month ago, but i want to move so much, so your yoga challenge is great – it ia not hard for body, but relaxing and make it move ❤

  5. I absolutely love this challenge so far! I took a break from yoga without meaning to and I was so worried about getting back into the habit. Day one and day two both have a nice flow to start that doesn't make me want to force anything and help remind me that I do yoga not for fitness or flexibility but for me. Thank you so much Nico for the safe and comfortable space to get back into it, namaste🙏

  7. Started working out and I am naturally very sore. Doing this in the morning, when I feel I can’t even move, makes me feel loose, relaxed and much better. Day 2 on the books, Thank you Niko!!!

  8. I use to be to consistent with my yoga a couple years back but I got into an accident and it changed the way my body moves and feels. I promised myself I'd start back and I really feel like starting your 30 day challenge will help me on my journey. It's so gentle thank you!
