I have always said it that if you want to grow financially, you have to remove family sentiment from the equation.
Make everything strictly business and by the law!
"The location was a Pure Water factory" you can't make it up 😂😂😂😂
I dont trust anybody who wants money cause for the right price they can cross you
Am a Ghanaian resident in Germany and my brother did me same, to me,
My marriage is broken cos of that and have to start all over again with its health issues etc
Wish I would have seen this video 3 years ago. Got swindled for $3,000 by a cousin advertising business. And people warned me! I told them no this is my blood 😄. How foolish was I!!
Betrayal always comes from within, your own blood relatives
Thanks for the educational information God bless you
It is the lack of money which is the root of all evil. Not the love. Those that lack the money are the ones who will stoop this low and swindle their own family. ☹️.
The mother and the sister got involved in the fraud because the brother lied to them so to say they were brainwashed, right now this gentleman should cut ties with all of them and watch his back because that money is huge and his brother may decide to eliminate him so as not to refund the money, the brother can cause him to be sick through juju or accidents, things happen and this type of brother is not honest, he will do this without conscience
Bro P. Its so sad, i sympathise with all diasporans from Africa thisis happening to majority it is very difficult to make it as people back home(In Africa) are blocking diasporans success. Worse still u assist them and whn u go back on visits u find they are luving large, wearing designers that we diasporans dnt even have. May God Bless and compensate diasporans 4 all their suffering
I saw this video on FB just two days ago. This guy hustle abroad and sent money to his sister to build a house for him. When he got there there was no house, he was so mad I felt like crying just watching his reaction. It was so very sad.
Was that all that happened to him? Trust me, he is lucky. Would have been "Jipped" more if he is a female. He is lucky none of these people spat on his face over his money and really "cussed out" the heck outta him: really. OBTW, I am not speaking figuratively. R u kidding me? Get back half of 20 mill. Naira? 4 where? He can kiss that money goodbye; just talking from my own personal experience.
I was thinking the same thing. That I would fix my money in a bank until am ready to come home and start a project myself. One thing I learnt in life is that any business or project given to someone else to perform in your absence will 80% to 90% fail. Like you said they are humans first. Greed may come into play. Their individual problems may hinder the task.
Nigerian movie come to life. Stuff like this happens a lot.
Am deeply touched by the story , its going to be difficult but get healed with time. I suggest he views it as a sacrifice of giving life to the family and walk away ,the installmental payback talk could cost him he's life .. possibility of evil mind is vast.
Don't ever let your family know your worth and never ever send anything home buy your property prayerfully on your own in another state if you want to build buy the land secretly and do it yourself don't let the workers know your info don't dress up like a rich person be very careful your family is number one enemy be discreet and careful that is how to deal with it
Ma broda…..I call you brother because you say it like it is…….God bless you
If you can't go to Africa at least once a year and whenever you want, please don't nurse the ambition of building any house over there because you will lose your money. I was going to Nigeria every year, sometimes twice a year while building my house and yet there are issues but much easier to manage because of my frequent unannounced visits, external supervision, and involvement. If you have the time and energy to work for the money, make time out to go check where your money is going. Those of us who live abroad are our own worst enemies by sitting back abroad for years and expecting things to go their way because they are sending millions home. Our responsibility is not just to work and make money but protect it as well because we are orphans, if anything happens to us, no one will come to our rescue…………NO ONE.
He is lucky they didn’t turn him mad,I have an aunt that had the same experience, when she returned to claim her property they turn her into something else, now she lives in a small house built with piece of zinc in front of the property ,she now act crazy and none of the family care to help her, this world is wicked…
Don’t give anyone your money. Put it in a C.D account or savings . Or learn to trade stocks. When your ready to build, go there your self and get the foundation started brick by brick!
Good job, candid advice. I have an example of a father in-law many years back who destroyed his daughter's marriage because of greed. The father in-law defrauded his son in-law to the tune of N10 Million in 1997 which caused the divorce in the UK. Greed has no boundary with age or relationship. Thank you Phrankleen.
