  1. YOU ARE HAVING TO OVERCOME NIGERIA’S REPUTATION~WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU~YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR YOUR WORD~SURROUND YOURSELF WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE ALWAYS PLAYING YOUR CARDS ON THE~TABLE~!!! WHAT YOU PUT IN YOU WILL GET BACK~!!!!

  2. Quite informative. Thanks. Yes I did try to start my Rent-to-Rent shortlet about 2 years now and I've gotten my hands burnt in all the processes. Still counting my losses even though I'd like to restart with the shortlet again at some point maybe. But right now, I really do need to save up again like I did the last time…
I might get in touch with you at some point maybe to JV if that works with yourselves? I'd really like to know since you talked Bout partnering? Many thanks for this

  3. Whether you an African American or an African in the sight of the white man you are in the same cluster bickerings won't to us any where it's better we bury our differences and move on

  4. If we as black people don’t move beyond all this nonsense and infighting honestly we will end up destroying each other period. She’s saying that what she’s saying because we share same skin color, why is she not taking on the Indians and Chinese including the Latinos who are taking advantage of the opportunity in America 🇺🇸? As a Nigerian we don’t care cuz we’re tired of being talked down on. Honestly I will advise every diaspora Nigerian to give it back to them period. The same African American are having same BS with the Caribbean Community especially Jamaicans. And for your info AKATA was a term used for those from overseas or those who behaved in the white mans way. She need to understand that Africans of the 60s ain’t the same as Africans of today and Adio stop sounding as if we are begging her, America is a free country and she need take her fight to the Latinos

  5. Experienced all these last year, took a massive loss but this year is more well planned, staff trained and more transparency, seems to be working so far. Thanks for this

  6. Yes!! Lol!! Akwa Ibom state has given my non-profit stewardship over their historical district. I know we must get the locals first before we start construction.

  7. Bayo, you sure nailed it with this segment. I've repeatedly told people that the key to making a headway in any business in Nigeria specifically scales down to integrity, which is in very short supply there.
