NATO is not a defensive alliance. It did invade Yugoslavia to establish its order there and occupied a Serbia’s province Kosovo in 2008.
NATO was founded to counter Soviet expansionism. The Soviet Union was disbanded. Why did NATO stay? And not just stayed but even started to join more countries to itself…
