  1. I made this same stew but didn't made the couscous, my recipe said the blend the dates, like you I've hade that same problem of sometimes having a hard time finding info for and verifying the validity of French speaking African foods

  3. I really enjoy the video but the music is a little annoying😫 im trying to hear you but is too loud. Thanks for the video i would be helping my daughter for her cultural food fair on the 31 and she picked Mali.😁 God bless.

  4. Hi I am Algerian, and I really appreciate the effort. I, however, wonder how well cooked the couscous is. We usually wash it once then steam it 3 times. The first two times with water and salt, the third time with a bit of oil. Then we add a bit of butter to it. But hey this is the first time I am trying a dish from Mali so I don't know! nice channel .. I subscribed

  5. Hey mate I really enjoy your videos keep up the great work. You deserve way more views and subscribers. One day they will come flying in I can promise you. My wife is from Sierra Leone and you should cook groundnut soup cassava leave soup and black eyed beans soup. As side fried plantains or yams and as drink ginger beer. Have a great day
