If Med diet is so healthy, why do they have the highest balding rate in the world?
People need to acknowledge that living in the Mediterranean has at least two advantages over living in the U.S. – Universal Healthcare, and clean food/air/water and soil. They don't have as many chemicals and toxins in their food.
Love it actually! Much easier and tastier than other diets, and closer to home cooking.

In the mediterranean diet, meat (including red meat) is an essential part of the diet. I know because I am Mediterrranean and have been eating this diet all my life. The amount of desinformation you see on TV is astounding. The plant based people try to lie to you and pretend that Mediterraneans eat meat only once or twice a year. Not true, meat is eaten every week. Dont beleive these people.
