Dude I'm a white woman can't grow strong nails but my hair is super strong and healthy will my sister in law who is a black woman she was complaining about now her hair just can't grow but her nails are as hard as hofs. We were hanging out and she showed me these mark tricks to make my nails stronger and I showed her some hair tricks I use to make my hair strong and long. She had been here for about 10 months now and my nails are getting stronger and her hair is getting longer. She can't believe it and neither can I. But I'm glad we helped each other I love her so much
