Recipe (feeds 3-4 people):

3-4 pieces of lamb
1/3 cup of corn oil
1 onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon:

salt
pepper
paprika or hot pepper
7araraat (libyan spices)

2 tablespoons of tomato paste
3/4 glass of tomato passata

350g pasta shells

  1. Yes ! This is the proper way to do it !
    Sometimes u can add a full chilli in there to make it have an extra kick if u want ,
    I tend to do this with chicken legs / thighs or sometimes I do dried meat ( geded ) it just enhances the flavour
