  1. Prof Mngomezulu has been vindicated by the electoral court, zondo and kampempe used emotions rather than law to incarcerate zuma.they are to blame for this mess

  2. Former President Jacob G. Zuma is the MK Party PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE. It is a shame that your panel coud not focus on the fact that Mr Zuma may NOT be president of S.A for a 3rd term. He is disqualified. 2. He has a criminal record in which he was sentenced to direct imprisonment without the option of a fine for a period exceeding 12 months. 3. He is facing multiple criminal records of a serious nature. 4. He should in a functioning democracy be charged with TREASON and Sedition for alienating his presidential duties and responsibilities to foreign agents, to wit, Indians. ** Talk about appealing !!!!!!!

  3. If a criminal refuse to appear before the magistrate, is the role of the police to arrest him/her, open the docket and the person concern forced to appear in court, why was Mr Zuma not arrested and appear in court but the court ruled in his absencentia?

  4. IEC did not make this decision independently instead ANC gangsters instructed them. There’s no transparency or justice for all in SA. The president was found with foreign money in his ranch but declared by the PP not guilty. JZ refused to appear before the Zondo Commission and was immediately sentenced to 15 months. Due to this I am voting MK

  5. This man JZ still continues to destroy our country… his supporters always want to change laws to give him position of power… WHY???

Please stop this nonsense for one man…

  6. UDM, COPE, EFF now MK. Whosr fooling who here. 😂 You form a party, vote for you, you stay as president till kuyovalwa but you preach about democracy

  7. Hypocrites. Mandela was sentenced and in prison for 27yrs and was on the ballot. But not Zuma. Claiming that he brought the economy to its knees, but Guptas not even owning 5% of the economy. Ramaphosa scandal is no more, because he's one of them, their favorite son. Hypocrites

  8. This Prof Mngomezulu is misleading the public, I am now worried about his students. Jacob Zuma went to jail for defying an order of the CC.

The order said he must attend the State Capture Commission.

Furthermore, he must answer questions to the best of his ability. In addition, to the benefit of Zuma, he has a right of not incrimininating himself.

Now, the SSC went to the CC to report and charge JZ for not complying with the order as he escaped during proceedings.

The CC made extraordinary opportunity for ZUMA to present himself at the CC, he failed to do so thinking that he is above the law.

This freedom we have in this country its not because of the people of KZN. All of us are subjects of the law. We can't be intimidated by an IFP mobe pretending to be the true MK.
