I get my vegetables directly from the vegetable farms along Motorway in front of Trasacco Valley. They have Lemongrass, Bok Choy, Cauliflower, Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Carrots etc. Every morning I boil fresh lemongrass and ginger tea with small local honey – strain it. Blend fresh spinach and pineapple in fresh coconut water – strain it. I try to create my own fruit juice. Mostly, I eat once a day but drink more freshly made juices

You can also add more vegetables to your soup eg garden eggs, butter beans, carrot and mushrooms 🍄
You can have millet poriage or green tea for breakfast, and look for the salads and indome stands.

what's wrong with rice in the morning? if you can eat oats in the morning, you can eat rice in the morning. japanese eat fish, rice and vegetable in the morning. starches are fine. you can be slim and healthy, and still eat starches.
Great cooking soup looks good nice and light! . Very well said its all about balance and mixing it up discipline is very important! I think meal prepping for a few days in advance also stops from eating just anything. Great observation about the heavy breakfast out here surprising I don't see obolos in every corner lol but it will catch up eventually. We definitely eat similar things oat meal with nuts and seeds, pasta, I like omo tuo too. Ice kenkey for breakfast or a whole Mango/pineapple is a hit too in the mornings. Been working out let's see how long I will last lol. Its definetly a challenge but we have to push through great vid.

In Africa, we don’t taste the soup, we just keep pouring the salt 🧂 until our ancestors hit us on the head 😂
