Im starting to believe that putting women in places of authority, even if its a "higher up" in a grocery store, is a bad idea. Ive had too many bad experiences and what i see around me isnt that reassuring either. I feel like they tend to throw their weight around and like they have something to prove. Sometimes it gets to their heads. But im sure its not all women, and for what its worth plenty of weak men do it too.
