Muck using the example of PayPal as a reason to assuage our concerns is laughable. PayPal did/does not have the personal records of 300 million people who do not approve of this action. We have not seen a single piece of credible evidence, just screenshots claiming there are 350 million 'dead' people collecting govt. checks in a country of 330 million.
