  1. Hi Nico!! I completed this challenge back in January and decided to have a second go of it for April, perhaps to really wash those winter blues away. And just wow!! Hip openers tend to be my favorite as my hips can be quite tight and closed, and I've always heard about "storing emotions in the hips," but I wasn't quite expecting a cleansing cry. It was beautiful, thank you! <3

  2. I hurt my back lifting weights, and I finally felt my back was ready for some stretches. This has helped take a lot of the tightness out of my back, and return my range of motion. Thanks for these videos!

  4. Thank you Nico. This was great for my self confidence to prepare for a work presentation. As feedback i would say the hands pose from the very start while seating was not so clear to follow. Maybe you could do a close up to show us better 🙂

  5. I noticed today in down dog I'm able to put my right foot all the way down to the mat now and almost my left one too! I've never been able to before!! So excited for the next 26 days:3!

  6. this root chakra yoga was exactly what I needed! i have some trauma within my hips but doing this practice was so calming and full of ease. i love how some of the poses were familiar but also combined with new ones to reallyyyy get a good stretch. loved the vid!

You make me feel safe, teaching me to be kind and to take my time when needed. And you have this smooth touch when passing your knowledge on us.   8. I hardly ever leave comments on youtube videos but this practice helped me SO much, Nico! I've been a part-time online college student for a couple years and recently switched my major to something I'm actually passionate about, but switching over to full-time campus classes has been SUCH a hard change. I've been feeling incredibly overwhelmed and disorganized and haven't been setting aside time to take care of my body. I have a full weekend with social plans and a bunch of assignments due Sunday night, but after this practice I feel so much more grounded and hopeful that I can get through everything. Thank you for always putting out these high quality classes, I love the style of your videos and you just have such a soothing energy!!

  10. By the end of the practice, I felt such a warm and tingly feeling I haven't felt for a long time by myself. It felt unfamiliar. I connected it to the feeling of security and being loved. Thanks to your practice and my openness to it, I invited love into my body and allowed myself to immerse into it and feel it for a short moment.
