  1. I done this diet and have lost some weight. Not 10 pounds but I did manage to lose some. This diet was really hard for me to do since I am used to eating the foods I enjoy and felt like I was starving. But I did try to manage to make it for the 3 days and got my weight down. I think this diet is only best who just want to only lose at least 10 pounds for some people not for people who need to lose a lot. You will end up gaining it back if you don't keep up with it.

  2. I’m going to enroll in the Army in a year, and I need to lose 56 lbs 🙃 I’m very determined & today is Day 1 for me! I easily got through breakfast & lunch, I’m excited for dinner. Every person I hear & see do this, always successfully lose 10 lbs within the few days! I also do boxing & go to the gym which takes my mind off food when I start getting a little hungry. Thank you!

  3. I am in my 50's & my weight has gone up & down all my life! Currently I am 122 lbs at 5 foot 3 inch which is "normal" but I have been as high as 280 lbs!!
    I was a child in the 70's & no-one. Absolutely NO-ONE was over weight. Dont believe me? Then look at videos of pop concerts from the 1970's & look at the audience. No one is fat! So my question is What happened? I think it is clear that between then & now something has been put in our food (fast food!) that has made it more addictive than heroin. Watching 600lb life, its clear these poor people have a food addiction, which is horrible! Imagin being addicted to the one thing that keeps you alive? HORRIBLE!!
    Yet loosing weight is actually easier than you think. A successful diet is a 90% "mind set" & 10% eating less. My biggest weightloss journey began in 1990 after years of failed dieting. I was almost 300 lbs & desperate! I developed a plan of fasting for 4 days a week (liquids only) & the other 3 days eating normally, which even included treats. The weight absolutly fell off! With a few months I had lost nearly 100 lbs, so I kept going with it untill I was at my target weight. I will NOT lie. It is not easy! You are battling against the very natural human desire to eat, but time passes & the longer you can keep the fast going the more successful you will be.
    Nobody needs to be overweight. It is not even about excercise! It is simple maths. Calories in, against calories used. If you eat less calories, you will loose weight. But it breaks my heart when I see very pretty young ladies out & about, waddling around at 300lbs. It really does break my heart because you don't need to be this way & are only setting yourself up for a life time of serious health issues & an early grave!
    Please use my life experience as an example & if I can help just one person on their journey to a health weight (by what I have written here) then I am very glad my words have been useful! You CAN do it!

  4. Not sure why anyone would want to lose 10 pounds in three days, doesn't seem healthy to me. You may want to check with your doctor first.

  5. What people need to know is this diet only helps you lose water weight not fat weight. You can gain the weight right back as soon as you eat a full meal.

    Or if you are able to keep the weight off then for how long before you get it all back anyway?? 😎

  7. You are better off eating 3-4 lean cuisine frozen meals a day. It’s much easier and more sustainable. 3 days is unrealistic because it’s going to be water weight anyway. Give it a good month with eating lean cuisine frozen meals and stick to water. You can even throw in a six pack of light beer a day and still be well under your daily caloric quota.

Currently preparing for a BJJ competition I’ve started cutting weight at 204, at around weight 192, for the sake of trying to get to my weight as soon as possible I did this diet and it got me to 185. I just need to cut 5 more lbs to go within 2 weeks. The diet sucked but if you need to cut weight fast it does work. I followed the diet to the T, no snacks in between and just drank water.

  9. I have a recommendation for those with a lot of belly fat and a good toilet as they will need many tripes to the bathroom to drop the pounds. You will need to drink one Slim Fast meal replacement every day for the first five days. Then a protein Boost drink every day for the next five day. And the final drink is a Ensure meal replacement for the first five days. V8 vegetable drinks are good as well. Now onto the stretch and body weight crunch part of the lesson. The Stretching Anatomy stretch book has a great stretch program for those that are sick of being fat. Now finally lye on the floor knees bent and squeeze the right elbow to the left knee then reverse. Then do crunches focusing on squeezing all of the abdominal. This is a rough copy with some research on Youtube you can lose the pounds.

  10. So it's been about 3 months. Maybe 3 months and week . Well l have been doing this diet and the egg diet I've been going back and forth and so has my weight I am 158 pounds. And I can run now. I realized that I believe it was last week when I started running instead of walking on the treadmill. I can lift more weights. I can bench press Small bench press 30p But I can still do it, and it's a step up from 20. And i'm almost on twenty for my dumb bells. I think by next week I will be able to do twenty. I still have loose skin of course that's what happens when You diet and it's hard to get into the gym.
    Life gets in the way but over time i'm hoping with my trainer , we can tighten that up. I get more compliments from everybody. That used to know me before this military diet and the gym. My brother has even started Dieting. And eating less and he is looking good. He has lost so much weight I am so proud of my brother. He used to be so skinny and he went to Kentucky gained a lot of weight. He told me that it's a lot cheaper for food in Kentucky. But since he has been down here. He has lost a lot of weight. He's getting back to his normal self. And he might even join the gym With me. But yep That's my weight 158. It keeps going up to 160 That's why I say I'm still struggling. It goes back-and-forth. Anybody that wants to try this I would say yes , I know that it is a hard diet , but if I can do it then anybody else can do it too. I used to be 250p worked myself down 205p Yes my weight functionated And that is the reason why I went for a trainer. I needed somebody to yell at me and to believe in me. And then I was going back and forth between one eighty five and 205 when I went back up to 205 , that's when I cried because I didn't know what I did that was so Wrong. I tried the military diet with going to the gym. And this is the only diet that worked. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that can handle it. I am 158p and I am almost On my way to 125p. My trainer wants me at 118p But I'm 5 -2 and I think 125 p is good. I might want to put on more muscles and that might bring it down to 118p I hope in 3 more months I will hit 125p or close to it. So that's my update and my story.
    I hope anybody that is doing this. Keep doing it. Keep going.
    Because this diet does change lives. At least my life has been changed since I came across it.

  11. To anyone who thinks this way of eating will actually produce 10 lbs of fat loss in three days….

    These meal plans average out to about 1200-1500 calories per day. The average adult human burns 1,500-2,500 calories per day depending on gender, height, body composition, environment, activity, etc. This would put you at a caloric deficit of 300-1000 calories per day. A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. You can expect to lose at most .5-1lb of fat following this diet for 3 days.

    The primary weight you will lose is water and lessening of food in the digestive tract.

    Long term weight loss doesn’t happen through fad diets. It happens because you snap one day and realize that you are worth the effort. That life is not nearly as satisfying and beautiful when you aren’t healthy.

  12. ANY diet requires some commitment and will power; this is no exception but this is VERY effective. I use this diet to periodically keep myself in check and it's actually pretty satisfying. I also go on the wagon when I jump on this diet so it's a double bang. I usually do this just prior to when my doc asks me for our annual BP and blood analysis. I usually stay within tolerances. This is a good and simple check diet!!

  13. If that is what they give you in the military , good !
    If that is the quantity you are given then , go through the rigours of serving and training , fighting etc , bad !
    That cant be enough to survive let alone live , but you will lose the weight , I would bet on that
