The cholesterol tests worth paying attention to are: lipoprotein a (called “L P little a”) and APO B. Look them up, and ask your dr for those blood tests. Look up the real optimal numbers, not what the test results show as “normal”. Normal is not necessarily healthy.
Thanks for sharing this, really realistic and useable advice!
Scientist have proof high cholesterol it’s not bad for your health. Eating ultra processed food causes high blood pressure, insulin sensitivity, clogged arteries, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. 75% of people in the us eat ultra processed foods. Our ancestors. Eat wild game and fruit all over the world for years. And there was lower cases of cancer back then and new diseases that no one experienced back then. America has the sickest population on the planet. I wonder why?👀

I recently had a physical and lab work done. My doctor messaged me to let me know that my cholesterol is high. (286) to be exact. Scary! Besides the medication I was prescribed to take, I'm looking to eating healthier, as well as foods that naturally lower my cholesterol.
Soy does not agree with my body at all. I use almond milk and any almond products: nuts, yogurt, etc.
