  2. Where did you get the information that the unfinished buildings run out of money cause they might just be still under construction. You just saw them when you pass by and by the looks of it you went there during the rainy season. A city with 5 million dwellers and you didnt even see like 1% of it.

One note that I would like to share with you is in regards to the skeleton buildings. Here in Ethiopia, builders are allowed to finish construction at their own pace. There is also the matter of shortages of supplies due to the extensive number of constructions happening all over Ethiopia.

  4. Most of the unfinished buildings in Addis probably did not run out of money. The cladding and other furnishings of buildings are often imported. The country suffers from foreign exchange shortages, and it prioritizes what must be paid first. These buildings are biding their time, because they are on a different list.
