I am sharing this story time to remind myself and everyone else living with a chronic illness that life is harder for us. Sometimes the process of seeking help is exhausting and will make you feel angry. And that is normal. Embrace your emotions, and name and accept them. However, we still want to be kind and good people to everyone who plays a part in keeping us healthy and alive.
