LESOTHO SOLO TRIP

In 2019 I travelled solo from my home in Durban to Sehlabathebe National Park where I stayed for 2 nights. I continued my journey to Katse Dam via the scenic Matebeng Pass.
This trip was a great journey of discovery and solitude, spending time alone and exploring some of the wonderful attractions of Lesotho.

  1. This is a spectacular video! I've been to Lesotho twice before , with dirtbikes and 4x4s , using the Sani Pass route. A friend sent me this video and you had my attention from start to finish. Great video editing and camera angles as well. I'm definitely going to try out these routes. Thanks!
You've got yourself a new subscriber. Looking forward to watching more of your adventures.

  2. Hi Andre, thanks so much for this great video and all the detail of your trip! I've wanted to visit Sehlabathebe for a long time but I'm never sure how to book accommodation. Do you have any info?

  3. Enjoyed your content a lot. Just Got annoyed when Eskom cut the power while I was still watching. Nevertheless, I managed to resume watching once the power was back. Fantastic narration and excellent footage. Thank you.

  4. Great trip man and really great video and content. Nice to see you out and about – keep it going. This is a bucket list trip for me. Is Matebeng Pass doable in a 4×2 Hi-Rider in the dry season? How safe is Bob Phillips campsite for an overnight stop?
