9 o’clock is cabbage stew, above that is Doro wat (chicken stew) the big thing is a hard boiled egg, at 12 o clock is maybe marinated injera? Not sure, 1 o clock looks like lamb or beef tibs (stewed/braised lamb or beef), next to that are collared greens, below those are red lentils and at 7 o’clock it looks like yellow peas/lentils. Idk what the middle is
