Ingredients/ Ibikoresho:

Cassava Leaves/ Isombe (4 small packs)
Palm Oil/ Amamesa (0.5- 1 cup)
Water/ Amazi (3-4 cups)
Creamy Peanut Butter (2 tbsp)
(1/2) Onion/ Igitunguro
(2) small peppers
(2tsp) Salt, (3) Cube Maggi, (2tsp)-Curry, 1.5-2 tsp. Black Pepper, 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
