PERFECT JOLLOF RICE


TURKEY JOLLOF

To cook turkey:
* 2kg turkey wings(cut up)
* 1/2 small onion
* 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
* Thumb sized ginger(chopped)
* 2chicken seasoning cube
* 2 teaspoon each of salt, curry powder, thyme.
* 1/4 cup water

To cook Rice:

* 3 medium bell peppers

  5. @kikifoodies, Please can I ask what type of pot this is cooked in? The tomato puree (tinned tomato) does not start sticking to the pot when you are frying it.

  9. Ghanaians use Basmati rice to make Jollof. Note: this grain of rice is not even indigenous to Africa. You cannot make good food with the inherent inferiority complex. Ghanaians ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ญ are just weird & IRRELEVANT + there is nothing wrong in hurting their feelings, SO THEY IMPROVE & use authentic African products for the production or food. ๐Ÿฆ
