The world court ruling that Israel must act to prevent genocide in Gaza is “deeply uncomfortable” for Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, says Sky News Middle East correspondent Alistair Bunkall.

The decision by judges at the International Court of Justice comes at an early stage in South Africa’s case alleging that Israel’s military action in…

  1. Coming from the current SA government who is currently rated as one of the most corrupt governments in the world it is actually laughable to get involved in the situation. There are an average of 75 murders committed daily in South Africa as well as farm murders against whites which have been committed nearly monthly for the past 20 years. The cruelty with which the farm murders are committed against whites/mostly the elderly is as good as genocidal in character. The ANC government/president denied this on several foreign visits and dismissed it as lies. Did the ''Iran fund South Africa's approach to the ICJ over Israel'' allegation proved to be true will prove the sincerity of the matter.

  2. If indeed, as has been argued by Israeli sympathizers, that because of the growth of the Palestinian population there isn't really a genocide occurring in occupied Palestine; by the same logic, growth in Jewish population across the world must surely nullify the holocaust.

  3. The anti semitic/ Anti Western SA government are nothing more than the proxy legal arm of Iran & Hamas.

The ANC ruling party was until mid December bankrupt (couldnt even out salaries over Xmas 2 their emplyees) SA minister of foreign affairs flies to Iran directly after 7 Oct for secret meetings.

Now all of a sudden the Anc is loaded again, even bragging about their filled money coffers for a NB election in 2024.

Clearly SA has auctioned of the their foreign policy to Iran to salvage the corrupt & criminal ruling ANC party.

I am ashamed 2 be called a South African.

  4. I do not know whst these Sky reporters are smoking but the verdict is certainly not a vidication of S Africa's case. It is actually a face-saving exercise by the court apologising to the proponents that listening to the overwhelming evidence by Israel, it cannot find for S Africa without making itself out to be utterly rediculed as judges of fact.

  5. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA. BOYCOTT SOUTH AFRICA.

  6. The World Court don't represent me and neither do the UN, WEF or WHO!! Over 100 million killed by Islamist genocides. If Israel didn't have the intelligence and integrity to defend their nation Islamists would wipe out every last Jew and make it Palestine from the river to the sea. Let's focus attention on the ACTUAL genocide in Nigeria from Islamist Satanists.

  7. Good to see Sky News actually ceding the determination of what is actually genocide to the expert court.

Hamas has actually – despite a lack of standing at ICJ – agreed to behave as a bound party. Thats a profound step towards being a real state and exactly what the world must see to move to a one or two state solution.

  8. Most corrup goverment in world fighting for popularity, it steals the money of it's people ignores those that get caught, stands infront of world taking the highroad, meanwhile millions of african people are suffering under there goverment.I am ashamed to call myself South African.

  9. Crazy to think a Jewish State needs the World to condemn them for Genocide. Hopefully we get a Palestine Schindler's List film made covering the last 75 years.
