The rich and spicy savours of Benin | WIDE


Today, we travel to Benin, a small country in Western Africa. In the central business district of Cotonou, the capital of the country, we go to « La Marielle » restaurant and meet with the chef: Assana Allassane who cooks for us two typical Beninese recipes: Okra and peanuts sauces along with Yam and Maize pasta.
