  1. This is the problem BLACK men and Black women live in a system of WHITE SUPREMACEY There is no BLACK and BROWN their is no people of color allies most BLACK Americans have to get it on our own is a FARCE to think we have allies the FIGHT is REPARATIONS for BLACK Americans that's it.

  2. We need to stop broadcastimg this fake wage gap stat. Yes women earn eighty cents for every dollar a man earns. But this statistic does nothing to compare apples to apples. This number simply represents all the money women make divided by the number of women… Against all the money men make divided by the number of men. It does not take into account the types of jobs that women choose. It does not factor in how much these women work on average per week. It doesn't factor in any metric whatsoever.

So you have ten men compared against ten women. Three of the women are day care of workers. Three of the men are working on an oil rig in the north atlantic. Three of the men are carpenters and roofers. Three more of the women are working at a grocery store. On average the men are working forty four hours per week. The women are working thirty seven hours.

Of course the men are making more money. You see what the problem is?

The technical school by my house is giving away full scholarships to any women pursuing the technical arts. How many women do you think are enrolled in the electrical or plumbing program? None. Even though it's free and they are begging women to participate.

Stop using this number because it is not a genuine statistic. It is used to demonstrate something that's unfair to women. But completely ignores the different work ethics between the two genders.

Two thirds of the college graduates are women right now. But they are still not going to make the kind of money that a man will work in a job that could kill him. I don't see any women advocating for those women to get into these horrible professions in order to equalize the "pay gap"

  3. he 80 cents on the dollar is a myth. when you have a man and women doing the same job, with same qualification's and the same time on job the pay is the same.
The reason that the myth exists is because they totalled every man's and every woman's salary, men work longer do more dangerous jobs, that's where the myth came from. Think about it if business's could get away wit paying lower pay they would

  4. Please prove that black women are good leaders? I live in California and Karen Bass is a black mayor and she’s probably one of the worst mayors besides the mayor of San Francisco.

  5. Sis, you just said when it comes to race they ( white women) side with their own race then with gender. You also know that they are against affirmative action to which they are the greatest benefactors. Come on Sis

  6. As usual, Tiffany is on point. I have found that most WW are not allies of black women.
They still have far more advantages than they might be willing to admit.

  7. Mammy Tiffany stop including other races in black spaces because we have no allies.White Women used Black Women during The Civil Rights Movement and yaw got played.

  8. I truly am inspired by you 3 creating your own platform to resonate with the culture. You are so needed. Instead of waiting for a seat at the table, build our own pulpit and welcome ourselves home
