  1. We Dominican people love to eat okra. We prepare them different ways. I love to steam and I cut lots of purple onion, red peppers, a small pinch of salt, and white vinegar. When is done I add extra virgen olive oil. Delicious👍You can prepare also with the plum tomatoes. Serve with brown rice.

  2. I'm from north of Brasil, and I grow up eating okra. In Portuguese we call " quiabo" in fact we have a special dish call " caruru" made with okra , shrimp , onions, garlic and different seasonings .We serve with white rice. It's delicious !

  3. Those greens are just a little spicy and actually tastes pretty good. Chard almost like spinach. Dandelion and moringa are very bitter and disgusting can't stand either one.

  4. Mushrooms are NOT vegetables; they are the spore-producing life stage of fungi, likely more closely related to animals as opposed to plants. Nonetheless, mushrooms are great!
