  1. That is not the correct color for couscous. Go to tunis and see. We use a couscouier to cook it. You need more juice in your couscous. It should be red like the sauce. All of it.v

  2. Nice job! Are you going to finish this series ?Not a criticism, but seeing the couscous being drowned in water made me cry in North African 😱 😂
    Maybe you can try to cook it in our traditional way (steamed twice), the taste and texture will be very different

  3. that looks delicious, being searching for Tunisia couscous between ur videos! but a Friendly remark, this is not the right way to present it. Tunisia's couscous is red and is mixed together with the sauce and then topped with the meat and vegetables. its not dry, and its mixed with the sauce until the couscous becomes moist and red. good luck with the next one

  4. I'm almost certain she won't end up doing my country, but I'm kind of glad because no one ever makes our actual food. They just make "struggle meals" and call it our national dish.
