Does Kenya brown out its electricity? If too many people are using their electronics at max potential when the power goes up that can cause problems nationwide easily. In the states of America, we countereact that by simply warning people that the power has been reduced and to turn the electronics down. So not to cause too much amperage when it's corrected.
