The finance minister is intellectually way ahead of the NDC in terms of how to fund capital projects and also how to finance Ghana government operates that require foreign currency. Please keep this in mind, during his tenure Ghana didn’t sell a lot of minerals cheap to get foreign currency. For years the West took African precious minerals and in return gave Africans nice printed papers that they can always print more. Wake up people! Ken Ofori-Atta is just brilliant.
