The design is really nice and comfortable but still sophisticated, but I really love the wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom.
On the topic of gated communities and sprawling suburbs developed in that manner, I have to say I’m not a fan. It always feel creepy and artificial to me, but that’s just me, and I understand many people enjoy that kind of thing.
Of course around the world in modern areas, we have the problem of urban developments of this type eating into areas of natural ecosystems way too fast, so something needs to be done about that. Building more vertically on a smaller footprint seems to be the answer here, one way or another.

I love all of your videos! I love that you give attention to the landscape architecture as well. Most ppl tend to forget that the landscape is an very important part of the overall design of the property.
