Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is YOGA FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS. During this practice we will be doing more basic poses which I tried to explain thoroughly & provide modifications if you are indeed a beginner.   1. I am by no means a beginner, but I always appreciate more basic poses when I need to relax. I used this as a cool-down after a workout, so everything has its purpose. 😊

  3. I needed this. I'm 48 years old and just started yoga for the first time last August. So, I've been doing your yoga videos everyday for over seven months. I've dipped my toes in some of the intermediate ones, but I'm not totally there yet.

    This was a great stretch and showed me how far I've come!
