    Chicken Thighs (bone-in/skin-on)
    1/2 cup Soy sauce
    1/2 cup Rice vinegar
    2 tsp Minced/chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp Sesame oil
    1/4 tsp White pepper
    add 4-5 tbsp of marinade to the chicken thighs before adding honey
    3 tbsp Honey
    Salt & black pepper (to taste/optional)

    Starch slurry: 1 tsp arrowroot starch + 1 tbsp water

    Other ingredients:
    Jasmine rice
    Broccoli
    Green onions
    Sesame seeds

    Airfry chicken at 390-400 for 12 minutes, flip and airfry for an additional 12-15 minutes*

  2. This was way to much rice vinegar in my opinion…I loved chicken teriyaki so I’m always trying new recipes but I wouldn’t add that much vinegar next time I’d do 1-2 tbsp and add chicken stock or more soy sauce if I needed a larger amount
