  1. My Egusi came out PERFECTION. SPOT ON LIKE THE RESTAURANT WE HAD. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE RECIPE. THEM LOCUST BEANS SO FUNKY 😂 WE GONE TRY IT WITHOUT NEXT TIME.

The fufu is soooo heavy so I ate my left overs on a bed if spinach & arugula. Sliced my portobello in half and added oyster mushrooms, they was top tier.

  2. Man-o-Manischewitz!! That looks superb. Manny, I like my Egusi any way I can get it, but I would have to say chunky is the best. Thanks for this recipe. You've got the best channel. Peace and Blessings.

  3. Wow. This looks sooo good. I can almost taste it from here.😋 Do you have a restaurant, and where in the US are you? I'll drive just to get some. ❤️❤️

  4. Oh, my God I will fly to Nigeria just to have some of that egusi soup. It looks so delicious and not so hard to cook. But it has a lot of seasonings. I'll go to an African store to buy. Wow, love that presentation.

  5. I made this last year totally winged it with lambs quarters for greens and Carolina reaper (instead of scotch bonnet) had grown oyster and king oyster mushrooms, this looks like mine but better. Next time I make this I’ll follow this recipe. King oysters should be ready in about a week.

  6. I’m reminded of South Indian pulsus we telugu Tamil ppl make… a tang element, some seed powder for nutty flavors(we use peanuts sesame etc), meat or protien or beans, topping with greens like spinach. Im trying for vegan recipes and want different flavors…having tried Indian my whole life this is amazing recipie to get introduced to west African… I’m still learning the outline concepts like our South Indian foods hehe…
