You need to learn some manners.
Next time use google translate to try and communicate. I find it a bit rude to go to another country and not try to at least make an effort to communicate in their local language ,have a friend that speaks the language or better still use google translator. If for example a chinese man goes to a local shop in nigeria and tries to get something by just speaking Chinese it will be futile and annoying to the seller.
She could have used any utensils to pick up that food for the customer. She could do better with preventing cross contamination.
You don't speak yoruba?, that the reason, some speak better yoruba than yoruba person in negeria.

Imo, when going to a foreign speaking country try to find someone to accompany you so they can translate and explain what's going on. This will make a richer experience. I think that b/c you are black they think you should know French.
