In addition, the majority of women in the US are single. The old people always said you should get married and have at least one child to take care of you when you’re old.

I'm not sure I fully agree. Just because you have a biological family does not guarantee that yiull be taken care of by them. There are many factors at play.

My grandmother is 81 years old, lives alone but has 3 sons and a grandson to hold her down when need be. We enjoy being a help to her because of how much she poured into us over the years!
The reason that women who are single & childless by choice bother the community is, because at the end of their lives they end up the old auntie that the family ends up stuck with.

They all think they are going to be multi millionares so they think they will just afford private health care or some exclusive old age home on some perfect island. And then option two, they think they are invincible, that they will be healthy forever.

Immediate family is k. But wisdom shows you better have outside influences. My children left me when i turned my life over to Yah(God). They dont want my leadership as a man of yah. I took this to my heavenly father. He said its k too build another family. Im not going to stay down because my Immediate family rejects me. Absolutely not.

The same people that take care of people with disabilities and special needs. The nursing home, why deplete people of their hopes and dreams. I believe that’s selfish, I would never want my children to do. I would rather take poison than do that. My friend had a stroke at 31. She’s in the nursing and her daughter has moved on with her life as she should. We’re born to die, do it with honor and respect.
I see a lot of todays kids say they want take care of thier parents.because they blame thier parents for everything.

i hate to say it but i didnt have the best mother in the world, she had 3 of us and she didnt treat any of us right so when she got old we did some things for her and we wouldnt have let her become homeless but we all could have done more for our mother but since she was such a shitty mom we were in no rush to help her out. If your gonna not want to have kids or family then you better get yourself a great retirement for yourself so you wont have to depend on anyone when you get old!
